A self-assessment built on the nine-zone consciousness intensity scale. No channelling, no fortune-telling — just a table that turns "how easily you get carried along" into ticks you fill in yourself.
The questions are plain: how yesterday actually went, how long it takes you to cool down after being snapped at, how many times you compared yourself while scrolling. Don't hunt for the "correct" answer — go with your first reaction.
Under each question there's a small line naming the checkpoint it comes from. The hatched band behind the slider is the range most people land in — you can see which stretch you fall into.
On some questions a higher number is better; on others higher means more constrained (the scale calls those "reverse" items). The card marks which is which, and scoring flips them for you.
Every tick, range and band on this page comes from the published figures of the same nine-zone scale. Its levels and percentages are internal conventions of that scale and cannot be verified by ordinary scientific method.
This is a self-comparison built on that scale, not the instrument the scale describes. It carries no diagnostic or predictive power. It is for exploration only, and the results are for entertainment.

Readings are taken as of each figure's death, and serve only as tick marks. They are not a judgement of anyone. Below level 9 the scale lists no names.
Reference points: human average about level 3, Earth's biological average about 3.5; from level 9 upward the scale calls it "hard to sway from outside"; beyond 14 is outside the range this scale was set for (its ceiling here is 13).
Important: this is a tool for playful self-exploration. It is not a scientific psychological scale and not a medical diagnosis. The results are for entertainment only — please don't use them as the basis for life decisions.
